These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in force at the time of order placement shall apply.

All products offered on this website are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates or display settings.

All products are intended for lawful use only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product complies with local laws and regulations in their country.

• All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
• VAT is included in all listed prices for EU customers.
• Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

• An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or other reasonable reasons.
• In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued.

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• We ship worldwide using carriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Poczta Polska.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
• Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate and shown at checkout.
• Free shipping is available for EU orders over €100.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

For deliveries outside the European Union, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
• Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order (unless local consumer law requires a longer period).
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
• Losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
